Payroll Officer

Job Description

We are looking for a Payroll Officer who can join abraj construction company in Fujairah. :
  • Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
  • Calculating bonuses and allowances
  • Preparing employees\xe2\x80\x99 compensation by the end of each month using Payroll Excel-Sheet
  • hand out paychecks directly to employees
  • Enter new employees\xe2\x80\x99 data (e.g. bank accounts and tax identification numbers) into internal databases
  • Answer questions about compensation, benefits, taxes and insurance deductions
  • Calculate final Dues & Annual Leaves.
Requirements & skills:
  • Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role
  • good experience in using excel.( Formula ...etc )
  • Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Good knowledge of UAE labor law
  • Time-management skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information
  • BSc in Accounting, Human Resources or relevant field
Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Fujairah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
