Description
Hiring male candidates for this role who is responsible for calculating employee's compensation, updating internal payroll data basis and ensuring timely payments. Daily attendance monitoring. Record payroll data in our software system and verify all amounts prior to cutting checks Prepare employees' compensation by the end of each month using payroll software Calculate bonuses and allowances Distribute payment statements Clarifying employee on compensation, benefits, and deductions. Entering new employee data into the company database. Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed efficiently Preferred Qualifications 2-3 years' experience in Payroll accounting. Bachelor's degree in accounting, human resource management, (or related field) Hands-on experience with HRIS and accounting software Strong mathematical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors Good knowledge of labour legislation Time-management skills Ability to handle confidential information Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: AED5,000.00 - AED5,500.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
