Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Coordinator to join our team immediately. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with local labor laws and company policies. Key Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule. Verify and reconcile timesheets, attendance records, and overtime. Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, wage regulations, and tax requirements. Address and resolve employee payroll inquiries and discrepancies promptly. Maintain and update payroll records (new hires, terminations, salary changes). Prepare and submit payroll reports for management and accounting. Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure correct benefits and deductions. Stay updated on local payroll laws and best practices. Qualifications & Skills: Education: AssociateaEUR(TM)s/BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred). Experience: 1-2 years of payroll processing experience (Saudi payroll experience is a plus). Technical Skills: Proficiency in payroll software (e.g., MS Dynamics, eBECS) and MS Excel. Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and confidentiality. Knowledge: Understanding of Saudi labor laws, wage regulations, and benefits administration. Please send your resume/CV
