3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll
, be well-versed in Qatar labor laws, and be capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Only candidates who are immediately available in Qatar with a valid QID and NOC will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
Process monthly payroll for employees in compliance with company policies and Qatar labor regulations
Maintain and update employee payroll records accurately
Calculate wages, bonuses, deductions, and final settlements
Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accuracy in attendance, overtime, and leave records
Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management
Resolve payroll discrepancies and respond to employee payroll-related queries
Ensure timely processing of WPS (Wage Protection System) files
Stay updated with changes in labor laws, tax, and social insurance regulations in Qatar
Maintain confidentiality and data security at all times
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in payroll processing (preferably in Qatar)
Strong knowledge of WPS, Qatari labor law, and end-of-service calculations
Proficient in MS Excel and payroll software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, etc.)
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills
Good communication and problem-solving abilities
Must be
currently in Qatar
with a
valid QID
and
transferable NOC
