Assist in processing monthly payroll for all employees.
Maintain accurate payroll records and employee data.
Handle WPS files and salary transfer reports.
Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
Resolve payroll-related queries from employees.
Coordinate with HR and Finance departments for employee data and payments.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of UAE payroll experience (construction industry preferred).
Knowledge of UAE labor law and WPS.
Strong MS Excel skills; experience with payroll software is a plus.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Good communication and organizational skills.
