YOUR ROLE
Aramark is currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join our team in the Arabian Gulf. This is a permanent position that reports directly to the Sr. Payroll Specialist.

YOUR ROLE
Aramark is currently recruiting a Payroll Administrator to join our team in the Arabian Gulf. This is a permanent position that reports directly to the Sr. Payroll Specialist.
Job Responsibilities
You will:
- Ensuring that time sheets are completed in the payroll system on time
- Review employee attendance records and ensure the implementation of ARAMARK payroll policy
- Ensuring that new joiner’s, leavers information from crewing, logistics any other dept involved reach to HR on time.
- Follow up on any payroll changes made by the different dept and review the information
- Being the first point of contact for the employees in matters of time, attendance, and payroll
- Address payroll queries. Escalate to management whenever required
- Responsible to maintain efficient communication with the employees and treat their requests in a timely manner
- Ensure complying with all governmental labour laws related to payroll including GOSI
- Maintain confidential information
- Provide information to line management and HR as needed regularly
- Any other ad hoc tasks requested by line management
Qualifications
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to interact with varying levels of staff and management from various backgrounds- Flexibility and ability to work independently to deadlines where required
- Strong IT skills, and utilize tools within the Microsoft suite to support
