Job Details
Education:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in payroll accounting, preferably in the construction Industry.
Other Requirements:
Strong understanding of payroll accounting principles and practices.
Familiarity with payroll software and systems, such as ERP and auto payroll system.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of UAE labor laws and payroll regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is a plus.
Advantage:
Able to understand Arabic language.
