esponsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and posting of all payroll-related transactions into Navision, in compliance with FTA laws, IFRS standards, and internal controls. This role is critical to maintaining proper financial control over payroll expenses.

Key Responsibilities

Record and post all payroll-related entries accurately into Navision.

Ensure payroll expenses are properly classified and controlled in line with company policies.

Maintain compliance with FTA regulations and IFRS standards related to payroll and employee costs.

Coordinate with HR and Payroll teams to ensure accurate payroll data is reflected in the accounting system.

Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.

Prepare payroll-related schedules and reports for management and audit purposes.

Support internal and external audits by providing required payroll documentation and explanations.

Ensure proper controls are in place for payroll-related postings and approvals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Payroll Accountant or similar role in the UAE.

Strong working knowledge of Navision (Microsoft Dynamics NAV).

Good understanding of FTA regulations and IFRS, particularly related to payroll and employee benefits.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.

Strong coordination and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
