Processing Payroll

: Ensure accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, including salary, wages, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.

Payroll System Management

Compliance

: Ensure payroll processes comply with federal, state, and local tax laws, as well as company policies.

Tax Calculations

: Calculate and process federal, state, and local tax withholdings, including Social Security, Medicare, and other deductions.

Reporting

: Prepare and submit payroll reports, including tax filings, year-end reports, and other regulatory documentation.

Benefits Administration

: Manage employee benefits, including deductions for health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.

Employee Inquiries

: Respond to employee inquiries regarding pay, deductions, and benefits.

Audits and Reconciliations

: Perform regular audits and reconciliations of payroll records to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.

Recordkeeping

Qualifications
