Process monthly payroll for all employees, including calculations of salaries, overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and other relevant regulations.
Prepare payroll reports and summaries for management.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records and update changes (e.g., promotions, terminations, leaves).
Coordinate with HR for new joiners, leavers, and contract changes.
Prepare and reconcile payroll accounts with the general ledger.
Handle payroll-related queries from employees in a professional manner.
Support year-end financial audits and prepare required documentation.
Manage WPS (Wage Protection System) file generation and submission.
Monitor and update employee benefits and deductions (e.g., health insurance, loans, EOSB).
Prepare gratuity and final settlement calculations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of payroll/accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
Knowledge of UAE Labour Law and WPS regulations.
Strong MS Excel skills; experience with payroll software.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
