Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize day-to-day operations to drive efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, compliance, finance) to streamline processes.
Develop and execute strategies to enhance performance, compliance, and customer experience.
Monitor KPIs and analytics to identify operational improvements.
Ensure regulatory compliance in fintech operations (payments, digital banking, etc.).
Bridge communication between Chinese-speaking partners/clients and internal teams.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written & spoken)
3+ years in fintech operations (payments, blockchain, digital banking, etc.).
Strong leadership with a track record of managing high-performing teams.
Analytical mindset - comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
Problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, multicultural environments.
Bachelor's degree (Finance, Business, Tech),
