We are looking for an experienced Payments Operations Manager to be responsible for the day-to-day operations, strategy optimization and cross-departmental collaboration of the payments business. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in payments, finance or cryptocurrencies, be familiar with OTC/acceptance business and international payment business (triparty/quadripartite), be proficient in English, and be able to drive the innovation and development of payment business.
Job Responsibilities
1.Payment business operation management:
oMonitor payment data, analyze operation effect, optimize payment process to improve conversion rate and user experience.
o Support VCC (Virtual Credit Card) business to ensure the stability and compliance of its operation.
2.OTC business support:
oFamiliarize with OTC transaction process, support cryptocurrency acceptance business to ensure the security and compliance of the transaction.
o Cooperate with financial institutions and payment channels to optimize the efficiency of capital flow and reduce operating costs.
3.Partner Expansion and Maintenance:
oExpand and maintain payment, OTC and VCC business partners, including three-party/four-party payment organizations and financial institutions.
oEstablish and deepen partnership with industry customers (e.g. gaming, mutual funds, foreign exchange and other fields) to drive business growth.
4.Daily operation support and cross-departmental collaboration:
oCoordinate with technology, product, risk control and other departments to promote the landing and optimization of payment-related projects.
oDevelop and execute operational strategies for the payment business to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expectations.
5. Innovation and Compliance: o Explore innovative modes of payment business, such as cryptocurrency payment, cross-border payment, etc., to enhance the competitiveness of business.
Ensure that the payment business complies with relevant laws and regulations, and develop and improve risk control measures.

Position Requirements
1.Educational background and working experience:
o Bachelor degree or above, preferably in finance, economics, computer or related majors.
o 3-5 years of working experience in payment, finance or cryptocurrency field, familiar with OTC/acceptance business and international payment business (tripartite/quadripartite), familiar with VCC.
2.Professional skills:
o Familiar with payment clearing and settlement process, fund reconciliation and financial accounting, experience in payment system construction or optimization is preferred.
o Understand cryptocurrency payment, blockchain technology and its application in financial field.
3.Language and communication skills:
o Proficient in English, able to communicate efficiently with international teams and partners.
o Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to drive cross-departmental cooperation and project implementation.
4.Other Requirements:
o Strong data analysis skills, proficient in using Excel and other tools.
o Have a deep understanding of the payment industry, with innovative thinking and problem solving skills.
