As a Payment Settlement Assistant, you will be responsible for managing and processing payment transactions for our clients and ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
Responsibilities:
Process and reconcile payments received from clients
Monitor payment transactions and identify any discrepancies or errors
Communicate with clients and resolve any payment-related issues in a timely manner
Prepare and maintain accurate records of settlements and transactions
Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely payment settlement processes
Provide support in building and maintaining relationships with clients and financial institutions
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in payment technology
Assist in the development and implementation of new payment processing systems and policies
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Payment Settlement Assistant or similar role
Solid knowledge of financial regulations and payment processing procedures
Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
