Job Description

We're looking for a reliable and skilled

Payloader Operator

to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating a payloader (wheel loader) to move and load materials like sand, gravel, or soil on-site. If you're someone who takes safety seriously and knows how to handle heavy equipment with care and confidence, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Operating the payloader to load and transport materials around the site. Making sure your equipment is safe and well-maintained through regular checks. Loading materials into trucks or stockpiles as directed. Keeping your work area clean and free of hazards. Following safety guidelines at all times. Working closely with your supervisor and team to keep things running smoothly.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience operating a payloader or similar heavy machinery. A valid operator's license or certification (if required by law). Strong focus on safety and attention to detail. Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions. Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.

Bonus If You Have:

Experience in construction, mining, or industrial environments. Basic knowledge of machine maintenance or minor troubleshooting. Must be able to

speak and understand English

clearly, as effective communication is essential for safety and teamwork on site.
