Operate payloader to load, move, and transport materials safely.
Perform daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Follow site safety rules and supervisor instructions.
Assist with site clearing, backfilling, and material handling.
Coordinate with team; must understand and speak basic English.
Must have a valid UAE heavy equipment operator license.
Able to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
