Tailor and Pattern Master/Cutter

to join our team and bring precision, quality, and finesse to our made-to-measure and ready-to-wear collections.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft and cut patterns for formal women's garments including blazers, pants, and shirts Stitch high-quality tailored garments with fine finishing Make pattern adjustments for fit and style as per designer's direction Manage alterations and fittings with precision Maintain quality control and consistency across all pieces Collaborate with the design team to develop new samples and styles Assist in sourcing and testing suitable fabrics if required

Requirements:

Proven experience as a tailor and pattern cutter, especially in women's structured garments Strong expertise in formalwear construction (blazers, trousers, shirts) Ability to draft patterns from measurements as well as adapt existing patterns Excellent knowledge of garment fitting and finishing techniques Attention to detail, craftsmanship, and time management Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience with made-to-measure clothing is a

plus

Basic understanding of fabric types, interlinings, and suit construction methods
