Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Tailor / Master Cutter with expertise in women's wear. The ideal candidate should be highly experienced in pattern making, cutting, stitching, and finishing, with the ability to produce high-quality garments that meet design requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Pattern making and garment construction
Stitch garments with clean finishing to high standards
Handle fittings, alterations, and size adjustments
Operate and maintain tailoring machines (industrial sewing, overlock, coverstitch, etc.)
Perform size grading when needed
Iron, steam, fold, and pack finished garments for orders
Ensure garments meet quality control standards
Maintain an organized and clean workshop
Qualifications:
Proven experience in women's wear tailoring
Excellent skills in pattern making, cutting, and sewing and size grading
Ability to create patterns based on photo references
Strong knowledge of fabrics and garment construction techniques
Skilled in working with a wide range of fabrics
Iron, steam, fold, and pack finished garments for orders
