Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage a team of security officers during patrol shifts.
Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized activities.
Monitor and report any suspicious activity, incidents, or security breaches.
Maintain accurate and detailed incident reports and logs.
Coordinate with management and local authorities when necessary.
Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE labor laws, and security standards.
Provide on-the-job guidance and training to security personnel.
Respond promptly to emergencies and resolve security issues effectively.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a security or patrolling supervisor.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent observation, communication, and reporting skills.
Knowledge of safety and security protocols.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Valid UAE security license (if applicable) is preferred.
