We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Patrolling Supervisor to oversee and ensure the security of our premises. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security supervision, particularly in patrolling, with the ability to respond swiftly and effectively to any incidents.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all security equipment, such as CCTV, radios, alarms, and access control systems, is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
Conduct random checks at posts to evaluate alertness and performance of on-duty security personnel.
Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency response teams when required.
Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, or alarms, and manage the situation until it is resolved.
Verify that all entry and exit points are secure and ensure all safety measures are followed during shift changes.
Prepare and conduct regular drills or simulations for emergency response preparedness.
Evaluate security risks and recommend proactive measures for risk mitigation.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all incident-related information and documents.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.
