Responsibility

Attend the calls receiving from patients/clients and book online appointments based on the patients requirements
Follow Step by Step process of each software module during the call.
Follow Up with the nurses, doctors, drivers and keep status of each staff members up to date.
Follow up on all the appointments from start to end
Guide the patients on their requirements
Proactively convince the patients and sale our services by giving proper answer to the patients and explaining them about the services they are looking for
Immediately start the process of appointment booking after greeting the patients call.
Candidate should be able to have good interpersonal and communication skills.
Candidate should be able to work under the pressurised work flow.

Requirements

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:

Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
