Greeting patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage and maintain appointment schedules and reminders
Escorting patients for Executive Health Checkups (appointment booking, sample collections, diagnostics, and follow-up)
Responding to internal and external calls, message queries promptly & accurately
Obtaining patients' information for registration, and insurance, is necessary for the completion of electronic health records and claims
Assisting in filling out history forms, consent forms, and payments, when necessary.
Effectively communicate with patients, physicians, and other staff - within the clinics & external facilities - providing accurate, timely, and responsive information.
Shows flexibility in working hours and duties.
Arrange for reports to be completed and sent to patients as required.
Update and Track the Booking Calendar. Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of UAE Medical & Health Insurance (Preapprovals, Claim Submission, and Resubmission, etc) - Mandatory
Minimum of one year of healthcare experience (reception, nursing, customer service) - Mandatory
Excellent communication, team player & people skills
