Duties:
Schedule and coordinate home healthcare visits for nurses, physiotherapists, and doctors.
Manage incoming calls, WhatsApp messages, and patient inquiries professionally.
Maintain daily schedules and ensure timely communication with medical staff.
Coordinate service requests, follow up on patient needs, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and service quality.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, reports, and patient interactions.
Assist in basic administrative and patient service tasks when needed.
Requirements
Previous experience in healthcare customer service or patient relations preferred.
Strong communication skills in English; other languages is a plus.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Professional, empathetic, and service-oriented personality.
