Pyramids Health Services has been offering experienced home care services by specialized medical professionals in the UAE since 2012. PHS has been awarded with the highest level of accreditation in Long Term and Home Care by CARF (Commission on the Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) International on 2017. Our wide range of services extend beyond basic home nursing to specialized physiotherapy and medical care in all situations providing short-term or long-term care in the home, depending on a person\xe2\x80\x99s needs. We are qualified to source and operate medical equipment approved from referring hospitals and customized for the home setting and deliver safe ad smooth transitions.
Responsible to build up and maintain good relationship with the existing patients seeking for customer satisfaction.
Conduct visits to the serviced clients, check their needs and attend their requirements.
Conduct the Net Promoter Surveys and make sure the serviced clients participating in the surveys.
Participating with the marketing team to conduct any market survey.
Leasing with the serviced clients regarding the operation need with coordination with the operation team.
Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Healthcare, Administration, Business or other related.
Minimum three years of experience as Patient relations executive/office in UAE
Preference will be given to Arabic speaking candidates
