Job Title: Female Arabic Customer Relation Executive Company: Dr Nasma Salah Medical Centre Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days a week Salary: AED 5000 per month Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Female Arabic Customer Relation Executive to join our team at Dr Nasma Salah Medical Centre in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be responsible for building positive relationships with patients, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience throughout their interactions with our medical center. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information to patients regarding our services, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from patients, resolving their concerns or directing them to the appropriate department or medical professional.
- Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when interacting with patients, ensuring their needs are met.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
- Assist in the completion of patient registration forms and medical history documentation.
- Update patient records accurately and maintain confidentiality of personal information.
- Address patient feedback, suggestions, or complaints promptly and ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to provide excellent customer service and resolve patient inquiries effectively.
- Stay updated on the latest services, treatments, and promotions offered by Dr Nasma Salah Medical Centre to provide accurate information to patients.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is presentable at all times.
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with medical center regulations.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminologies and procedures is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with patients.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including MS Office Suite.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Flexibility to work 6 days a week, including weekends and evenings, as per the medical center's schedule.
