This role is responsible for maximizing lead conversion, driving revenue, and building long-term patient relationships from first contact through post-treatment follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively handle all incoming leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email with a consultative sales approach
Qualify leads, identify patient needs, and recommend suitable treatments to drive conversions
Convert inquiries into consultations and treatment bookings through confident, persuasive communication
Follow up consistently with leads to close sales and increase treatment uptake
Work closely with doctors and medical staff to align treatment plans and pricing discussions
Track lead performance, conversion rates, and patient feedback to optimize sales strategies
Train and motivate front-line staff to meet conversion and revenue targets while maintaining service excellence
Qualifications:
Proven experience in sales, patient coordination, or client conversion (aesthetic/medical clinic experience highly preferred)
Demonstrated ability to close leads and achieve booking or revenue targets
Strong negotiation, objection-handling, and upselling skills
Confident, persuasive communicator with a patient-first sales mindset
Highly organized, proactive, and performance-driven
Fluent in English; additional languages are a strong advantage
