Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to new patient inquiries across all channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails).
Build trust and rapport with prospective patients, addressing their concerns and guiding them toward the right treatments.
Convert leads into confirmed bookings by providing accurate information and personalized recommendations.
Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and positive journey from consultation to treatment and beyond.
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure treatment plans are clearly communicated and followed through.
Collect feedback and use insights to improve conversion and retention strategies.
Train and motivate front-line staff to uphold high standards of service and patient engagement.
Qualifications:
Experience in patient coordination, sales, or customer service (healthcare or aesthetics industry experience is a strong advantage).
Proven ability to convert leads into paying clients/patients.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build trust.
Organized, proactive, and results-driven.
Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
