Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients and visitors professionally, ensuring an exceptional first impression.
Manage appointments, confirmations, and follow-ups in the clinic's system.
Register new patients and ensure accuracy of medical and administrative data.
Communicate with patients regarding services, procedures, and payment details.
Process insurance claims and billing in coordination with the finance team.
Support the clinic manager in daily operations and reporting.
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards (DHA / GDPR).
Requirements
Experience:
Minimum 2-3 years in a medical clinic or healthcare facility (mandatory).
Knowledge:
Understanding of insurance workflows and DHA documentation.
Skills:
Proficiency with CRM/EMR systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office.
Personality:
Professional, detail-oriented, patient-focused, and able to work under pressure.
Languages:
Fluent English (Arabic is a plus).
