Key Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls and patient inquiries promptly and accurately.
Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar effectively.
Assist patients with registration and payment processes.
Coordinate between patients, doctors, and other staff to ensure seamless operations.
Provide information about clinic services and promote relevant packages and treatments.
Handle cash transactions and maintain records accurately.
Support sales initiatives by identifying patient needs and recommending suitable services.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Qualifications and Skills:
Fluency in

Previous experience in a similar role in clinic is preferred.
