Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present a variety of pastries, baked goods, and desserts
Ensure quality and consistency of pastry production
Collaborate with the head chef on dessert menus and specials
Assist the hot kitchen team during peak service hours (e.g., preparing breakfast/lunch/dinner items)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of pastry and kitchen areas
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or Commis Chef
Strong knowledge of pastry techniques, baking, and dessert plating
Comfortable working across multiple sections in the kitchen
Team player with a flexible and supportive attitude
Currently based in the UAE
