Key Responsibilities:Pastry & Bread Production:
Prepare and bake a variety of
artisan breads, sourdough, baguettes, croissants, and specialty loaves

Develop and execute high-quality
pastries, cakes, tarts, cookies, and desserts
.
Ensure consistency in texture, flavor, and presentation of all baked goods.
Experiment with
new recipes and seasonal menu items
while maintaining traditional favorites.
Maintain control over portion sizes and minimize waste.
Kitchen Management & Operations:
Supervise and train junior pastry chefs and bakers.
Ensure
proper storage of ingredients
, inventory control, and ordering of supplies.
Maintain high standards of
hygiene, safety, and cleanliness
in the bakery kitchen.
Oversee equipment maintenance and report any issues for repair.
Quality Control & Innovation:
Continuously improve recipes and techniques to enhance product quality.
Work closely with management to develop new menu items based on customer demand.
Ensure compliance with

Requirements:

Proven experience
as a Senior Pastry Chef, Head Baker, or similar role.
