We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join at a 4 Star Hotel in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or 2 years' experience as Pastry Chef in a hotel.
Expertise in creating a wide variety of pastries, desserts, beads and confectionery items
Expertise in preparing International desserts and Arabic desserts
Excellent Plating and presentation skills
Strong supervisory and communication skills
Awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
Candidate should be available in UAE
Salary Package: Full Package: AED 5500-6000 (including leave out allowance & transportation allowance) Monthly Service Charge Meals on duty Medical insurance Leave ticket
