Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards as per HACCP/ISO requirements.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Pastry Chef.
Ensure proper usage and maintenance of equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years' experience in pastry & bakery in a hotel, catering, or production kitchen.
Strong knowledge of international pastries, artisan breads, and bakery techniques.
Ability to work under pressure and meet high-volume production targets.
Good communication and team-leading skills.
