We are currently seeking a passionate and skilled Pastry & Bakery Commis to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and baking of various pastries, breads, and desserts.
Follow recipes and presentation standards to ensure consistency and quality.
Support the Pastry Chef and senior kitchen staff in daily operations.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene are maintained in the kitchen at all times.
Manage inventory and inform the supervisor of any stock shortages.
Comply with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a pastry or bakery kitchen (hotel or restaurant preferred).
Basic knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and food presentation.
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,600.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
