Responsibilities:
Prepare and produce a variety of bakery, pastry, and savory pastry items (e.g. croissants, danishes, brioche, tarts, mini savory sandwiches). Develop new recipes and improve existing products for both sweet and savory items. Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation across all products. Manage kitchen workflow and daily production schedules efficiently. Monitor inventory and request ingredients as needed to maintain smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards. Train and guide junior staff or assistants when required.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a professional bakery or pastry kitchen. Strong leadership and kitchen management skills. Creativity in developing both pastry desserts and savory pastry items. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high standards.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
