Role: Chef de Partie - Pastry & Bakery
We are looking for a talented
Pastry & Bakery Chef de Partie
who can deliver exceptional desserts, pastries, and breads to complement our meal plans.Responsibilities
Prepare a variety of pastries, cookies, cakes, mousses, and desserts Produce different types of breads, including artisan and specialty loaves Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and presentation Support the development of healthy, creative dessert options Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety
Requirements
Minimum 5 years' experience in pastry & bakery Strong knowledge of pastry techniques and bread making Creativity in developing new recipes and presentation styles Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume kitchen
