Job Summary:

We are looking for an organized, energetic, and customer-focused Party Coordinator to plan and manage birthday parties and special events. The Party Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring that every event runs smoothly and provides a memorable experience for all guests, especially children and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage birthday parties, group bookings, and special events from start to finish. Communicate with customers to understand their party/event needs and expectations. Prepare party rooms, decorations, supplies, and event materials according to each party package. Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure the party schedule is followed. Lead party activities and games, ensuring all children are engaged and entertained. Liaise with other team members (play attendants, cafe staff, cashiers) to ensure seamless service. Manage party timelines, including food service, cake cutting, activities, and gift-giving. Handle any special requests or last-minute adjustments professionally. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the party rooms before, during, and after events. Follow up with guests post-event to gather feedback and promote future bookings. Report party supplies inventory and place orders as needed.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, customer service, or working with children preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills. Creative, energetic, and outgoing personality. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Flexible schedule; ability to work weekends, holidays, and peak event times. Basic computer skills for booking management (training provided if necessary).

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift, move, and set up party supplies and decorations (up to 25 lbs). Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
