Party Coordinator Cum Party Host
Job Description
Party Host with entertainer skills, singing, dancing, and hosting with active hosting.
Entertainer
Plan event with attention
Manage all events operations starting coordination with the decorations to after party. (Set up, Decorations, Meal, Mascot, venue, invitation, host etc.)
Do final checks at least 2 days before the event (table, balloons, technology etc.) to ensure everything meets standards.
Communicate with clients
Outstanding communication and negotiation ability.
Well-organized with multi tasking skills.
Hospitality Management, Public Relations or relevant field is preferred.

Excellent Listener
Host and entertain kids, parents, and guests with high energy
Create a lively, positive party atmosphere
Collaborate with the team for smooth event flow
Handle unexpected situations calmly
Balloon artistry (basic & organic) and party decoration
Meet clients and assist with event planning
Create pinatas and themed decor
Event setup and breakdown
Face painting
Wear mascots when required
Play area attendance when no bookings
Assist with merchandise ordering and restocking
Provide excellent customer service in person and by phone
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
