Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Sales Trainer
to conductweekly training sessions
for our sales team. The trainer will workonce a week
, focusing on enhancing product knowledge, improving selling techniques, and boosting customer service skills. Payment will be providedper session
, based on expertise and session quality.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct one focused sales training session per week. Deliver engaging and practical content, including: Product training Upselling & cross-selling techniques Communication and body language Customer handling and service etiquette Use real-life examples, role-plays, and interactive methods. Evaluate trainee participation and provide constructive feedback. Submit a short post-session report covering session highlights and observations.
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales and training (Retail/FMCG preferred). Strong presentation and public speaking skills. Ability to engage and motivate trainees. Comfortable with both English and local language(s). Flexible and committed to delivering high-impact sessions.
