Part Time SPA Trainer

What we expect from you:

Conduct hands-on training sessions in professional SPA services such as massage therapy, facials, body treatments, etc Design, update, and deliver high-quality training modules aligned with Justlife standards Evaluate trainee performance and provide structured feedback for continuous improvement Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to maintain consistent service delivery Reinforce hygiene, safety, and client-handling best practices Support onboarding and upskilling of field professionals on a flexible part-time schedule

What we are looking for:

Minimum 3 years' experience as a professional spa therapist or trainer in a reputed establishment Certified in massage therapy and related spa treatments from recognized institutions Strong communication and instructional skills in English (additional languages are a plus) Ability to train individuals at varying skill levels in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work part-time, including weekends or evenings if required
