Jumeirah English Speaking School (JESS) is seeking a part-time Media Assistant in Dubai.
JESS is a well-established, high performing \xe2\x80\x98not for profit\xe2\x80\x99 school. We have the following part time position available within the Marketing team. Media Assistant (Part-time basis) 20 hours/week The successful candidate would be expected to:
- Provide additional support in the calendar process, published documentation and social media.
- Support the Marketing and PR Manager in creating Social Media posts and videos for social media platforms.
- Write and produce quality content, considering conventions and limitations of social media and digital platforms.
- Use content creation and editing software (such as iMovie and Adobe Photoshop/InDesign) to create quality content.
- Assist the Marketing and PR Manager with media support for all school and school-related events.
- Proven experience as a Media Assistant or other administrative role
- Experience in digital advertising is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with media analytics software
- Good research skills
- An approachable and professional demeanor
- Worked in a fast-paced, highly responsive and professional environment
- Strong self-organisation and communication skills
