Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic

HR and Leadership Trainer

to deliver high-quality training sessions on human resources practices, leadership development, and organizational behavior. The ideal candidate will have strong HR and leadership expertise and the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate engaging training programs for professionals and students.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver training sessions, workshops, and seminars on HR management, leadership skills, and related soft skills. Customize content to meet the needs of diverse learners, including working professionals and students. Utilize interactive teaching methods such as case studies, role-plays, group discussions, and simulations to enhance learning outcomes. Assess participants' learning progress and provide constructive feedback. Stay updated with the latest HR and leadership trends, best practices, and industry requirements. Support curriculum development, course material preparation, and continuous program improvement. Collaborate with the training/academic team to align sessions with organizational goals.

Qualifications & Skills:

Master's degree (or higher) in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Leadership, or a related field. Proven experience (5+ years preferred) in HR training, leadership development, or corporate learning. Strong knowledge of HR practices, leadership theories, and organizational behavior. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and inspire learners of varied backgrounds. Flexibility to conduct sessions during evenings or weekends as required. Certification in training, coaching, or leadership development (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, ILM) is a plus.
