Parts Manager Assistant

Job Description
The Assistant Parts Manager is responsible for the overall management and profitability of the parts department. This includes overseeing inventory control, purchasing, sales, customer service, and staff supervision, maintains accurate records, and ensures the availability of parts for service operations.

Inventory Management:
Purchasing and Vendor Relations:
Strong negotiation and analytical skills.Sales and Marketing:
Develop and implement strategies to increase parts sales to retail and wholesale customers.Aftersales and Customer Service:
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns effectively and courteously. Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely and accurate parts availability for repairs. Identify and promote parts specials, promotions, and new product offerings. Provide excellent customer service and technical assistance to parts customers.Team Leadership and Interpersonal Skills:
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Required Skills and Qualifications:
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Mechnical Enginering.Experience:
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in parts sales or management. Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of parts and components within the engine and machines industry.Computer Proficiency:
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
