Required Spare Parts Manager for a leading Luxury Cars Garage.Responsibilities:
Make Invoices - for internal and external sales
Notice differences between estimated cost and actual cost
Coordination with suppliers for parts order and delivery.
Find part number from electronic catalogue and prepare quotation for internal and external customers
Managing parts team and ensure that the workshop parts estimation and charging is done on time.
Assist the parts estimators to find critical and No longer available (NLA) parts.
To find suppliers for classic cars parts and help the workshop to receive the parts faster.
To build supplier base for different brands to compete with the local market.
Guide and supervise the parts team to achieve the company goals.
Handle the queries from the workshop and provide proper resolution.
Develop new opportunities to maximize the profit of the company.
Coordinate with external customers to get additional sales on various brands.
To Build sales channels in the local market.
To help the team in preparing quotations, parts delivery and follow up with the payment collections from the external sales.
To manage the drivers for delivery of parts and consumable collections for internal sales. To handle customers and coordinate with them for enquiry and orders.
To attend internal meetings
Requirements:
Candidate should have 5 to 8 years of experience on a similar role.
Should have knowledge in spare parts of luxury cars like: Audi, Porsche etc.
