Responsible for managing all procedures of sales, procurement and warehouse operations for spare parts, design, planning, control, performance improvement and sales and procurement strategy to achieve business growth and cost effectiveness to achieve the objectives of the company TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepairing the budget &Yearly orders by Brand sales plan and order allocation). Oversee the sales operation teams and purchasing teams in achieving business targets and goals. Supervising internal and external procurement plans. Supervising all types of wholesale and retail sales to individual and corporate clients. Study and analyze the market situation to know the percentage of our local market share with competitors and make competitive reports. Collecting market price and applying new price as per the market. Make required forecasts for sales and purchases. Make cash flow for all IN & OUT sales. Lead and recommends best purchasing strategies and negotiation within the company\'s budget Supervising orders, following up on suppliers and negotiating prices Introducing new products to the company and introducing new suppliers Coordinate with purchase manager for stock / required products & suitable suppliers Supervising, organizing and managing marketing and promotion strategies Managing the sales team and give tasks to them Give training to new employees Conduct and perform sales forecasting and data analysis. Recommend programs and activities based on factual data which will increase the sales and customers. Recommend best managing sales practices and go through trainings to all sales professional Follow-up of debts and opening customer accounts according to the company\'s policies and the required guarantees. Follow up on customer balance confirmations and receive group dues and ensure that they are delivered to the accounts department. Maintaining best customer service and improving a long term relationships with clients (small and big companies). Visiting new and existing customers with sales team. gather of all visited customers from the sales team, whether deals were done with them or not, and put them in a database. Managing and handling customer complaints Targeting new segments. Maintaining and monitoring the accuracy of inventory records and documentations. Reporting and documentation of sales data to the Direct manager and the management. Manage store keeper technically and follow receiving stock with them Planning for slow-moving inventory to liquidate from time to time, and restore liquidity Ensuring the inventory levels maintained accurately Supervising, arranging and controlling warehouses, and regularly following up on warehouse inventory Planing promotion and scheems as per the market situation. Building and developing the organizational structure of the department, preparing job descriptions for all subordinates and their respective roles, and defining the roles and responsibilities of the positions. Submitting monthly & yearly and periodic reports and the performance evaluation report for the work & employees to the top management on time. And other reports as per top management request.
