Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers and technicians in identifying required parts
Check availability, prepare quotations, and process parts orders
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper stock levels
Receive, inspect, and store incoming parts and materials
Ensure parts displays and storage areas are organized and clean
Coordinate with the workshop for timely delivery of required parts
Provide excellent customer service and support
Requirements:
Experience as a Parts Advisor or similar role in the automotive industry
Knowledge of vehicle parts and technical terms
Strong communication and customer service skills
Basic computer skills (ERP experience is a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
