Role Overview

As our Parts Advisor, you will be the go-to expert for identifying, sourcing, and supplying the correct parts to our customers. You'll combine technical know-how with strong customer service skills, ensuring that every client--whether a mechanic or a luxury car owner--receives the right part, on time, every time.

Key Responsibilities

Assist customers and workshop staff in identifying and selecting correct spare parts using catalogs, EPC systems, and VIN decoding. Process orders, quotations, and returns accurately in line with company procedures. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge on European luxury automotive brands. Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with procurement, and track special orders. Upsell accessories and related products where appropriate. Ensure excellent customer communication from inquiry to delivery. Support the warehouse team with stock checks and incoming shipments when required.
Requirements

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Parts Advisor in the automotive industry, ideally with European brands (BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Porsche, Jaguar, Land Rover, Bentley, Rolls-Royce). Strong knowledge of spare parts catalogs, EPC systems, and inventory processes. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage. Proficient in MS Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred. Customer-focused mindset with high attention to detail. Valid UAE driving license preferred.
