Job Description

Key responsibilities

Customer and service team support:

Greet customers, answer their questions about parts, and help mechanics find the parts they need for repairs.

Inventory management:

Receive, unpack, and store parts; track stock levels accurately; perform regular stock checks; and order new parts when needed.

Sales and transactions:

Process sales, handle payments, issue invoices, and prepare cost estimates and quotations for customers.

Order and supplier coordination:

Issue purchase orders to external suppliers and coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery of parts.

Technical assistance:

Use parts catalogs and systems to identify the correct part based on a vehicle's make, model, and year.
Required skills and qualifications

Excellent communication and customer service skills Computer proficiency with inventory and parts systems Ability to identify and locate specific vehicle parts Strong organizational skills Experience in auto parts sales is often beneficia
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
