Inventory management:
Receive, unpack, and store parts; track stock levels accurately; perform regular stock checks; and order new parts when needed.
Sales and transactions:
Process sales, handle payments, issue invoices, and prepare cost estimates and quotations for customers.
Order and supplier coordination:
Issue purchase orders to external suppliers and coordinate with them to ensure timely delivery of parts.
Technical assistance:
Use parts catalogs and systems to identify the correct part based on a vehicle's make, model, and year.
Required skills and qualifications
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Computer proficiency with inventory and parts systems
Ability to identify and locate specific vehicle parts
Strong organizational skills
Experience in auto parts sales is often beneficia
