The Role

Love That Design is seeking to expand its Sales team by bringing on a talented candidate with an established track record of building pipelines and a proven history of exceeding targets in a fast-growing space. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in the digital industry and knowledge of the ever-growing market. Applicants will have a hunter mentality \xe2\x80\x93 prospecting to generate new business and creating opportunities for the target audience to explore and experience the platform. Key Activities

The operational responsibilities of this position include:
  • Sourcing B2B prospects from various directory sources, doing online research and getting on calls with prospects.
  • Ongoing lead generator for sales.
  • Outreaching to prospective customers and arranging appointments for sales presentations.
  • Coordinate sales activities by managing schedules, and following up on correspondence.
  • Respond to feedback from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
  • Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material, presentation, and templates.
  • Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Revise, maintain and update sales SOP, templates, presentations, and other documents.
  • Report department progress, identify shortcomings, and propose improvements.
  • Surpass your quarterly target selling by creating brand awareness and various marketing initiatives.

You are an ideal candidate if you

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a digital sales role.
  • Are experienced in designing and executing digital web-based B2B & B2C marketing campaigns
  • Have a proven track record for account management and new business development.
  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of eCommerce and web marketing technologies & Strategies.
  • Possess native level oral and written communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Are skilled exceptionally in organization and planning to deal with a large number of sales calls on a daily basis.
  • Have an interest in Architecture, Interior and Product design.
  • Are self-motivated, self-sufficient and accountable.
  • Pride yourself on being deadline and target conscious in your work approach.
  • Are tenacious and committed while being engaging and empathetic
  • Have passion and an entrepreneurial spirit to grow the brand, and also contribute to the wider success of 28 Lightbulbs.
