About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Partnerships & Operations Executive
with hands-on experience in the payments industry. The ideal candidate will manage partnerships with PSPs, handle merchant communications, and oversee the closing of partnership agreements. This role requires a strong understanding of the payment ecosystem and the ability to navigate operational, compliance, and commercial aspects effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the entire lifecycle of partnership agreements with Payment Service Providers (PSPs) and acquiring banks, including negotiation and closure.
Serve as the primary contact for merchants, providing onboarding support and addressing operational needs.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PSPs and payment providers to ensure smooth collaboration and service delivery.
Ensure all KYC/KYB and compliance documentation for merchants and partners is complete and up to date.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, IT, Compliance, and Finance teams to facilitate partnership and merchant operations.
Support operational efficiency through accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Qualifications and Experience:
2-4 years of relevant experience in the payments, FinTech, or PSP industry.
Proven track record in managing partnerships and closing agreements within the payment ecosystem.
Strong knowledge of PSP operations, merchant onboarding, and compliance procedures.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Proficient with MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
