The Partnerships Manager - Advantage, is responsible for building, managing, and scaling
strategic vendor partnerships
that support Advantage GCC's
corporate loyalty, rewards, and employee engagement programs
across the UAE.
This role is
premium account focused
, working with enterprise and multi-location vendor partners to design, negotiate, and execute value-driven consumer offers. The role acts as a
trusted advisor
to partners, aligning Advantage web and app strengths and USP with partner commercial and marketing objectives.
Advantage is a new app/web product built on the solid foundation of our existing b2c sales platform. It is an entirely new brand with elevated brand positioning and whoever is representing this product within the market will need to mirror the values that we ascribe to the product.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of a premium offer portfolio and the interests and appetites of the niche, curated audiences that we serve.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, acquire, and onboard vendors and large enterprise vendor groups across several categories with a focus on
Dining
and a wide definition of
Wellbeing.
Build and maintain long-term, strategic relationships, positioning Advantage GCC as a
private B2B gifting and rewards partner
, not a consumer marketplace.
Structure and negotiate
B2B commercial agreements
, including corporate pricing, volume-based models, and campaign-led partnerships.
Lead partner onboarding and enablement, ensuring seamless adoption of the
Advantage GCC B2B redemption platform
, reporting tools, and operational workflows.
Drive partner performance and retention through
campaign optimization, upsell, cross-sell, and multi-client exposure
across corporate and closed-group programs.
Expand and strengthen the
UAE B2B partner ecosystem
, identifying new enterprise opportunities, premium experiences, and scalable partnership models.
Collaborate closely with internal
B2B Sales, Corporate Account Management, Marketing, Operations, and Product teams
to ensure consistent execution and partner satisfaction.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
5+ years of experience
in
vendor partnerships, enterprise sales, or business development
, preferably within
loyalty, rewards, corporate benefits, marketplaces, or digital platforms
.
Strong understanding of
B2B commercial models
, corporate client expectations, and vendor-funded partnership structures.
Proven experience working with
enterprise or multi-branch vendor groups
in the UAE with a preference for Hospitality, F&B, Spa & Beauty, Health and Wellness.
Established
UAE market network
across relevant sectors.
English
as a first language (additionally, Arabic is an advantage).
Strong negotiation, contract structuring, and stakeholder management skills.
